By commissioning me, you agree to these guidelines. Failure to follow will result in a block from future projects.
TOS Agreement
Failure to follow the stated Terms of Services will result in a block & you will no longer be able to commission me for future projects.
NDA & Commercial Rates
Commercial-use projects or projects requiring Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) will be priced at 2x of the initial base price.
Copyright & Ownership
Do not claim my works as your own creations. You must credit me properly in all published and streamed instances.
Price Revisions
Prices may change over time. I reserve the right to raise my pricing scale as I see fit for incoming queues.
Right of Refusal
I maintain all rights to decline any commission application at my sole discretion without needing to specify reasons.
Portfolio Usage Rights
Rights are given to share and use the created animations/videos for my own personal portfolio and showreels.
Refund Policy
No refunds or returns are allowed after the final video product has been rendered and delivered.
